These terms govern your use of Filaxy.shop, a software directory operated by Filaxy Labs Inc. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Filaxy.shop is a curated directory of software. Some apps are made by Filaxy Labs Inc.; in the future the directory will also list apps from independent developers. We aim to keep listings accurate and free of ads, decoy buttons and bundled software.

Downloads and licenses

Apps are provided "as is". Each app is governed by its own license agreement from its developer. Free and trial versions download directly; paid apps and licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated abuse, scraping that degrades the service, attempts to break security, or use that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Filaxy name, logo and site design belong to Filaxy Labs Inc. Apps and their trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing here grants you rights to those marks.

Third-party links and services

The site links to external sites and services (developer pages, Lemon Squeezy, etc.). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and listings are provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filaxy Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any downloaded software.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
