Privacy Policy

What we collect

No accounts. Today the site has no sign-up, no login and no user profiles, so we do not ask for or store names, emails or passwords.

No analytics, ads or trackers. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or third-party trackers of any kind. The "0 trackers" we advertise is literal.

Local preferences only. Your theme (light/dark) and language (EN/ES) are stored in your browser via localStorage. This never leaves your device and is not personal data.

Standard server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic request data (such as IP address) to deliver the site and protect against abuse, as any web host does.

Downloads and payments

Free and trial apps download directly — no account and no credit card. We do not track who downloads what.

Paid apps and licenses are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects and handles payment information under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your card details.

Third-party services

We rely on a few providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Google Fonts (serves the Inter typeface and may receive your IP), and Lemon Squeezy (payments). Each has its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only client-side storage is the localStorage preference described above.

Your rights

Under laws like the GDPR and CCPA you have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Because we hold almost none, there is little to act on today — but you can always reach us at privacy@filaxylabs.co and we will respond.

Children

Filaxy.shop is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

When we add accounts and user reviews, we will expand this policy and note the update here. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
